The Board of Directors for Port Matilda EMS is seeking a volunteer to replace a departing board member. We are looking for a board member specifically with accounting skills/experience to participate in Port Matilda EMS Board of Directors decision making, and to oversee the treasurer who manages the financial aspects of the EMS Agency. This is a VOLUNTEER position, requiring approximately 10 hours/month in addition to 2 evening BOD meetings each month. The position provides a valuable service to the community we live in.
